    see below

    Step-by-step explanation:

    2x+3=2y+6

    2y=2x-3

    y=x - (2/3)

    Not sure what this problem wanted but there is not enough information to solve for x and y (2 unknowns, need 2 equations), so I just put it in slope intercept form
