    F (x) = 5x - 4 ... slope is 5

    g (x) : (0,1) (2,5)

    slope = (5 - 1) / (2 - 0) = 4/2 = 2 ... slope is 2

    h (x) : (1,14) (4,15)

    slope = (15 - 14) / (4 - 1) = 1/3 ... slope = 1/3

    so the smallest slope would be : h (x) with a slope of 1/3
