    Step-by-step explanation:

    1st box: -

No. Of Color pencil = 9

    No. Of Pen = 4

    Total in box = 8

    Prob (pen) = 4/8 = 1/2

    2nd box:-

No. Of Plain pencil = 9

    No. Of crayon = 1

    Total in box = 10

    Prob (crayon) = 1/10

    Prob (1st pen and 2nd crayon) =

    1/2 * 1/10 = 1/20
