An average of 2,000 charts need to be coded each month. if it takes an average of 15 minutes to code each chart - how many charts does the average coder code per 8-hour day?

    Put 8 hours into minutes which is 60•8 = 480.

    Then divide 480 by 15 to find how many charts are coded in 8 hours by a coder.

    480/15 = 32.

    So the average worker codes 32 charts per 8-hour work day.
