    p (x) = (x+1) (x+2) (x-3) (x-1)

    then, multiplying two two terms

    (x^2 + 2x+x+2) (x^2-x-3x+3)

    (x^2+3x+2) (x^2-4x+3)

    x^4 - 4x^3+3x^2 + 3x^3-12x^2+9x+2x^2-8x+6)

    x^4-x^3-7x^2+x+6
