    7 Weeks

    46 dollars

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Initially, Diego was having a total sum of $11 and was increasing at the rate of $5 per week

    while

    Lynn has a total sum of $60 and was decreasing at the rate of $2 per week.

    Let after X weeks they are having the same amount of money.

    After X weeks diego will be having a sum of $ (11 + 5X).

    And, Lynn will be having a sum of $ (60-2X).

    Equating both we will get

    11 + 5X = 60 - 2X

    7X = 49.

    X = 7. and money having = 11 + 35 = 46.

    They will be having Equal amount of money after 7 weeks and will be having a sum of $ 46.
