Multiply the 3's in 1/3 and 2/3 by 4 to set the denominators equal, then do the same with the numerators.

    1/3 = 4/12

    7/12

    2/3 = 8/12

Because, 7/12, is more than half complete, 1/3, is less than half complete, and 2/3 is more complete than both of them. If you want a better answer, im pretty sure you can find a fraction to percentage calculator online.
