How can you determin whether one number is a common factor of another number? Explain.

    Hey

    so you will know when two numbers are common as the same numbers can be divided into them without leaving a remainder

    say for instance the common factors for 12 and 16 are:

    1, 2 and 4

    because those numbers can be divided into 12 and 16 without remainders

    same as 15 and 30:

    1, 3, 5 and 15
