Jase's farm has 9 chickens, each of which laid 3 egg. Jase's farm has 4 horses. Edna's farm has chicken which laid a total of 23 egg. Locio says he can use counters to represent the number of eggs laid. Explain how he could do this to find out whose chickens laid more eggs.

    3*9 = 27

    23/9 = 2.5

    If they have the same number of chickens.
