    X (4x-10) ^

    you can write

    a (b) ^

    where

    a = x

    and b = (4x-10)

    so a*b have two factors a and b

    b has also power = so b^ so it is means b*b*b*b * ... so b^ have always factor b

    (4x-10)

    4x < 10

    x<10/4

    x < 2.5
