Sierra is looking to rent her first apartment. She found a nice apartment in her budget with a monthly rent of X dollars. At lease signing, Sierra had to pay first and last month's rent, a security deposit of one and a half times the monthly rent, and an application fee of $65. If Sierra paid $2,305 at lease signing, how much was the security deposit?
