A Mexican restaurant receives 60 take out orders. The manger found that 60% of the orders where tacos and 25% of the orders were for burritos. How many orders were for other items?

    60 - (60 x 0.6) - (60 x 0.25)

    60 - 36 - 15

    = 9

    Alternatively

    100-60-25 = 15%

    60 x 0.15 = 9

    Answer is 9 orders
