    The value of x is 12

    Step-by-step explanation:

    4x3=12

    7x3=21

    Therefore 12/21

    To explain further:

    If you divide 12 by 3 you get 4

    If you divide 21 by 3 you get 7

    Therefore resulting to 4/7

    (I found out that the number three goes in both numbers to begin with)

    Is this clearer?
