What happens when you multiply both the numerator and denominator of a fraction by 4?

    Basically, if its a fraction like 1/4, then your just taking the numerator and the denominator and dividing them by 4, but if its a fraction of 1/4, then you take both the num. and deno. and multiply them by 4, and there is your answer.
