    Similarly, probability of getting someone who smokes will be

    Total number of people who smokes in all the age bracket/total number of people

    Total number of those who smokes = 43+37+23 = 103

    Total number of people = 440

    Probability of getting someone who smoke = 103/440

    Probability of getting someone who is age 23-30 or smokes

    = 148/440 + 103/440

    = 251/440
