What is the width of a rectangle with an area of 5.8in2 and a length of 10 inches

    The area of a rectangle is the length times the width.

    A = L*W

    In terms of W, the formula becomes

    L = A/W

    Given A = 5.8 in2 and L = 10 in, therefore
