Mrs. Scott decided that she would spend no more than $120 to buy a jacket and a skirt. If the price of the jacket was $20 more than 3 times the price of the skirt. Find the highest possible price of the skirt.

    The answer would be around 33; because if the skirt costed 33$, then you would have to add 33$ by the price of the jacket which is 3 times the skirt plus the $20, so that would be 33x3 = 99+20 which equals to 119 since you can't spend no more than $120.; 3
