Price Rite has ground beef on sale for $2.50 for 1 pound. Market Basket has ground beef on sale for $9.95 for 5 pounds. Which store has the better deal?

    Divide the second price by the second pounds. 9.95 / 5 = 1.99

    So for every pound you get you pay 1.99 dollars. The second deal is better.
