C because in a the semicolon is in the wrong place in A and in B the colon in 4:30 is missing

I would say the best answer would be C. Around 4:30 each afternoon, I need a nap; however, I can't do that because I'm too responsible. The semicolon is there because you could split it into two different sentences but instead put a semicolon it's kinda like a "and" but without putting the word "and."
