How does the rule for multiplying radicals relate to the symmetry property

    When multiplying radicals, the index of the radicals must be equal. This can be done by making of several mathematical properties one of which is the symmetry property. Since we can say that a number is equal to the product of its factors, then the product of the factors can also replace the number.
