    Yes because 7h means 7 times h

this is equivilent to 5 times (7 times h)

using the associative property whieh says a (bc) = (ab) c therefor

    5 times (7 times h) = (5 times 7) times h

    5 times 7=35 so

    this equals

    (5 times 7) times h = (35) times h=35h

    so yes it is equivilent

If there was no h on 35 then it would be equivalent but, since there is an h and that represents multiplying then you would have to multiply 35 and 5.
