for example if you have (-2/4) * (-3/6)

you can solve it by: (2*3) / (4*6)

6/24 here it be positive because negative multiple with negative it be positive

    So just like reagular numbers

if different signs multiply, then answer is negative

if same signts multiply, then answer is positive

    so exg

    -1/2 times 2/4=-2/8=-1/4

    diffent signs so negative

    -1/2 times - 3/5=3/10

    same sign so positive
