There are over 2700 species of snakes in the world. OVer 600 species are Venemous. Write the fraction of species that are not venomous as a decimal.

    Alright! In order to find the answer you'd first write a fraction. The total number of snakes over the amount of snakes that are not venomous. To find which snakes are not venomous you'd subtract 600 from 2700:

    [2700 - 600 = 2100].

    So, the the fraction of snakes that are not venomous is 2100/2700. and simplified is 4/9.

    4/9ths is approximately. 77 in decimal form.
