Mr. Chang received the better discount, his price was $25. less 10 percent (-2.50) = 22.50 Mrs. Robinson purchased hers at $29.99 less 20 percent (-6.00) = 23.99 Mr. Chang received the better deal

    29.99-20% = 23.99

25.00-10% = 22.50 so, Mr. chang got the better deal (but not by much.)
