    Perimeter of a triangle=is the sum of all sides.

    1st side=x (the shortest side)

    2nd side = (x+33)

    3rd side = (2x-33)

    Perimeter=6868 ft

    We can suggest the following equation:

    x + (x+33) + (2x-33) = 6868

    4x=6868

    x=6868/4

    x=1717

    First side=x=1717 ft

    second side=x+33=1717+33=1750 ft

    third side = (2x-33) = 2*1717 - 33=3401 ft.

    Answer: the lengths of the three sides are 1717 ft, 1750 ft and 3401 ft.
