John is giving out chocolate to his friends. if he want to give each friend 2/3 of chocolate bar and he has 13 friends, how many chocolate bars will he need to buy.

    Multiply 13x2/3 and you should get 8.6

    He will need to buy 9 chocolate bars because 13 x 2/3 is 8 2/3 and you can't buy 2/3 of a chocolate bar so it will round up.
