    To solve:

    If m = 6n+1 and m = 4n + 19 and m=m then you use substitution and can solve by setting 6n+1=4n+19

    6n+1=4n+19 - - add like terms (6n-4n=2n)

    2n+1=19--get n by itself subtract 1 on each side

    2n=18

    n=9

    If you plug n as 9 back into the equation,

    6 (9) + 1=55

    4 (9) + 19=55

    Therefore m=55
