An 8 - pound bag of apples costs $17.50. What is the unit price?

    It doesnt tell us how many apples there are to a pound, so presumably it is asking for a price for pound, which would be 17.50 divided by 8, or 2.1875 per pound. However, since we are talking money here, the correct answer would be $2.19
