Suppose the diameter of a circle is 8. What is its area?

    Area of a circle is multiplying pi with the radius raised to the 2nd power.

    A = π r²

    Diameter = 8

    Radius = 8/2 = 4

    A = 3.14 x 4²

    A = 3.14 X 16

    A = 50.24
