So first we solve and simplify

    pemdas

    first parenthasees

    9-4 (x-y) = - 6x+6

distribute using distributeive property of multiplication which is a (b+c) = (ab) + (ac)

    so - 4 (x-y) = - 4x+4y

    9-4x+4y=-6x+6

    add 6x to both sides

    9+2x+4y=6

    subtract 9 from both sides

    2x+4y=-3

    only B matches this

    B is the correct answer

(I don't know what standard form is but I know what simplified is)
