    I assumed the base year is 2017

    ; because the time is not mentioned

    So 2017-2010=7 years

    P=7,600,000: (1+0.023) ^ (7)

    P=6,481,628.81

    2017-1980=37

    P=7,600,000: (1+0.023) ^ (37)

    P=3,276,537.51
