Cassidy is going to the county fair with her friends but can only stay at the fair for 4 hours. The fair offers two different pricing structures. Cassidy can purchase an all-day pass with unlimited rides for $30.00 or she can pay an admission fee of $6.00 and pay $4.00 for each ride. If Cassidy rides 15 rides, how much does she save by buying the all-day pass?

    All day pass: 30

admission and price per ride: 4x + 6 (4x means 4 dollars per ride and 6 is the admission)

if she rides 15 then plug it in

    4 (15) + 6

    60+6=66

    she would've spent 66 dollars

    66 - 30 = 36

    she saved 36 dollars
