    Ok so 11^8/11^3 is your equation when you are dividing exponents with like bases you keep the base the same and just subtract the exponents and you get 11^5th power so your answer would be C because any exponent to the power of 0 is automatically 1 so 1*11^5=11^5

    Umm ... It would actually be 11 to the 5th power because when dividing, you have to subtract the exponents. therefore, it would be 11 to the 8th power - 3rd power which equals to 11 to the 5th power.
