What you do is you figure out what the fraction would be as a decimal, and then you put the fraction into a decimal and divide.

example; 1/4 : 2 =.25 : 4.

You should try using keep change flip for division

keep the fist number

change the operation (do the opposite operation)

flip the fraction (do the reciprocal) basicaly if you had 2/3 it would be 3/2

so 2 : 1/4 = 2 * 4/1=8
