    Hello,

    Cube X: volume=x

    Cube Y: volume=8x

Y has a volume 2^3 times of the X cube

    So,

the side of the Y cube is twice the volume of the X cube.

The side of the X cube is half of the cube Y

    Side of X cube=y/2
