    The surface area of a rectangular prism is this:

    SA = LW + LH + LH

    Here are the changes:

    L - - > (2/3) L

    W - - > 4W

    H - - > H/2

    So, the new surface area is:

    SA' = (2/3) L (4W) + (2/3) L (H/2) + 4W (H/2)

    SA' = (8/3) LW + (1/3) LH + 2 WH
