What precent does this change $16 to $4

The percent change is 25%, because 4 divided by 16 is 0.25, and to convert a decimal to a percent, I multiplied 0.25 by 100, and the product, (the answer when 2 or more numbers are multiplied) was 25 and then i added the percent sign to 25, and so the percentage is 25%
