    The answer is

    we know that (cosu (t)) ' = - u ' (t) sin u (t)

    so (cos^2 (pi) (t)) ' = 2 (-pi sin pit) cospit

    and finally the answer is

    [5cos^2 (pi) (t) ] ' = - 10 pi sin pit cospit
