    Negative integers

those are like - 1,-2,-3,-4,-5 etc

not sure if it includes 0 or not becuase 0 is neighter negative nor positive

    anways

    f (x) = - 3x

    notice the negative

    the range is output

    so negaitve times negative=positive

so the range will be all the multipules of 3 that are positive
