    Hours to complete the job:

    Wade = 7

    Rhonda = 5

    Together = t

    Work completed per hour:

    Wade = 1/7

    Rhonda = 1/5

    Together = 1/t

    Adding them together:

    1/7 + 1/5 = 1/t

    12/35 = 1/t

    t = 2.92

    Therefore, it would take them 2.92 hours if they worked together.
