    Axis of symmetry formula = - b/2a

    x = - (-2) / 2 (-1)

    x=2/-2

    x=-1

    sub - 1 into original equation

    y = - (-1) ^2-2 (-1) - 1

    y=-1+2-1

    y=0

    vertex = (-1, 0)
