A bin in the school gymnasium holds different colored balls. A ball is picked at random and then replaced. The probability of picking a green ball is 0.5, the probability of picking a blue ball is 0.4, and the probability of picking a red ball is 0.1. If a ball is picked and replaced 140 times, how many times should you expect a blue ball to be picked?
