A buyer for a computer store paid $194 each for printers. He wants to sell them at 25% markup. What will be selling price of the computer.

    Convert the 25% to a decimal. Then multiply by 194. This will be the amount of the markup. Then add this amount to the $194. This will be the selling price.

    You could also just take 1/4 of 194 to get the markup cost.
