How many solutions does the equation - 2a + 2a + 7 = 8 have?

    By adding 2a plus (-2a), What do you get?

    You will get zero right?

    so we will be left with, 7=8.

    Now is it true that 7 equals 8? Nope right? so there are zero solutions
