A running club made 21 batches of muffins for its bake sale. There were 12 muffins in each batch. How many muffins did the club make?

    Well we know that they made 21 batches.

    We also know that there are 12 muffins in each batch.

    So all you have to do is multiply the number of batches by the number of muffins.

    21*12 = 252

    they made a total of 252 muffins
