Find the number of possible choices for a 2-digit number that is greater than 19. Then find the number of possible choices for a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) if the digits cannot be repeated.

    The answer to the first question is 19-99, so it's 80. The answer to the second question is 60 (I think)
