A two pound box of spaghetti costs $2.50. Philip says that the unit cost is 2/2.50 = $0.80 per pound. Explain his error

    2.50 / 2 = 1.25 not. 80 It also looks like you are trying to divide the spaghetti boxes by the price, when it should be price by number of boxes.
