Find number of passengers carried by the bus each day.

1 round trip is equal to 2 one-way trip.

4 round trip is equal to 8 one-way trip.

Each trip is full of passengers.

24 passengers per one-way trip * 8 one-way trip per day = 192 passengers per day.

The bus makes four round trips, which means that it will go a total of 8 times: 4 times twice.

And on each of those 8 journeys, it will take with it 24 people.

So we have to multiply 24 by 8: this is 192.
