    This is a binomial distribution. The probability of a binomial distribution is given by

    P = nCr * p^r * q^ (n-r)

    For this problem,

    n = 6

    r = 4

    p = 0.30

    q = 0.70

    P = 6C4 * 0.30^4 * 0.70^ (6-4)

    P = 5.95%
