    Area of a rectangular prism=2 (long * wide) + 2 (long * high) + 2 (wide * high)

    dа ta:

    long=6 in

    wide=3 in

    high=2 in-

    Area of this rectangular prism=2 (6 in * 3in) + 2 (6 in * 2 in) + 2 (3 in * 2 in) =

    =2 (18 in²) + 2 (12 in²) + 2 (6 in²) = 36 in²+24 in²+12 in²=72 in²

    answer: the surface area of this rectangular prism is 72 in².
